Pizza ā La Såda

Dough
7.0dl plain wheat flour
2.5dl warm water
0.5dl milk
1/5 tbs sugar
1/5 tbs salt
25 g rising agent

Mix rising agent and water first, then add the dry ingredients.
Keep in fridge to stop rising. Brush base with garlic butter.
For topping, consider fried chicken, mozarella (but not in a goyische way), rocket, cherry tomatoes.

30 mins @ 225 degrees C.
